Biblical Womanhood

Some days I wake up and don’t feel like that great of a person. I feel grumpy and frumpy and well… human. :-p On those days I pray that other people see God through me more than they see me. But. as I’m human. It’s a work in progess. :-p

BUT. Remember how my sweet husbuddy had this sweet idea to read 3 books together as one of our New year’s resolutions?!! Welp. We finished the first one “Four Loves By C.S. Lewis a couple weeks ago and have started a new one!! 🙂

yay for a super smart husbuddy to keep me on track 🙂

Here are a couple quotes from the first chapter of the book my husbuddy and I started this past week: “Recovering Biblical Manhood & Womanhood” by John Puper & Wayne Grudem.

Here are a couple. I will post more when I find them 🙂 Some pretty cool food for thought though huh?!

“She seeks [freedom] by being transformed in the renewal of her desires to fit in with God’s perfect will (Romans 12:2). The greatest freedom is found in being so changed by God’s Spirit that you can do what you love to do and know that it conforms to the design of God and leads to life and glory.”

“Praying women exert far more power in this world than all political leaders put together”
